Trace Cyrus has stirred up significant controversy by making serious and highly personal allegations against his ex-girlfriend Brenda Song. Taking to Instagram, the musician claimed that during their relationship, which spanned from 2010 to 2017, Song fabricated a series of dramatic and deeply sensitive lies. According to Cyrus, these included faking multiple pregnancies, staging an abortion, and even pretending to suffer from severe illnesses like a brain tumor and breast cancer. He also alleged that Song stole thousands of dollars from him during their time together.
In a series of responses to comments on his post, Cyrus elaborated on the extent of the alleged deception. He recounted an incident where Song had reportedly spilled fake blood in their bathroom to convince him and his mother she had miscarried, prompting a rushed trip to the hospital. He further claimed that she pretended to undergo brain surgery in Chicago, arriving with her head wrapped in bandages, only for him to discover there had been no operation at all when he removed the dressing.
Despite the weight of these accusations, Trace Cyrus has not provided any tangible evidence to support his claims. His social media history includes previous public outbursts, including one aimed at his own father, Billy Ray Cyrus, which adds to the polarized reaction among followers. While some supported his candidness, others questioned the timing, intent, and veracity of his statements.
Brenda Song has remained silent regarding the accusations. Since their breakup, she has moved forward with her life and found stability with actor Macaulay Culkin. The couple has since welcomed two children together and maintained a relatively low public profile in contrast to the dramatic nature of Cyrus’s recent statements.
As it stands, the allegations remain unverified, and the public response continues to be divided, with some urging caution in accepting the claims without evidence, while others express concern over the deeply personal and potentially damaging nature of the revelations.
