Megan Fox has bared her soul in her new poetry book, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous: Poems,” revealing intimate details about her past relationships, including the heart-wrenching experience of a miscarriage she suffered with Machine Gun Kelly (MGK). The couple, who met on the set of “Midnight In The Switchgrass” in 2020, had a whirlwind romance, culminating in MGK proposing to Fox in 2022.

Despite the joyful announcement of their engagement, the couple faced a challenging journey. Fox, already a mother of three sons from her previous marriage to Brian Austin Green, expressed her desire to share the experience of pregnancy with MGK. In an Instagram comment on MGK’s post, she publicly expressed her longing, writing, “Exquisitely, devastatingly handsome. And 6 foot 5? Kill me or get me pregnant. Those are the only options.”

Amid pregnancy rumors, the speculation gained more traction when MGK dedicated a performance to his “Twin Flame” and “unborn child” at the Billboard Music Awards in May 2022. While MGK didn’t confirm the rumors, Fox has now addressed the heartbreaking situation in her poetry book. In two poignant poems, she confirms that she was 10 weeks pregnant with a girl and tragically lost the baby.

In one of the poems, Fox expresses the pain of saying goodbye and wanting to hold her unborn child’s hand and hear her laugh. The emotional verses convey the depth of her grief, as she writes, “I will pay any price. Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?” These raw and vulnerable poems provide a glimpse into the anguish Fox experienced during this difficult time.

In an interview with “Good Morning America,” Fox further opened up about the miscarriage, describing it as an unprecedented and challenging experience for both her and MGK. She emphasized the profound impact it had on their lives, pushing them into a “wild journey together and separately” as they navigated the meaning behind the loss and sought understanding.

Megan Fox’s candid revelations in her poetry book and subsequent interviews shed light on the personal struggles and grief she faced, providing a poignant and relatable perspective for others who may have gone through similar experiences.
