After Hilary posted a gorgeous picture of herself in a yellow outfit, one commenter questioned whether she had Botox, which caught Koma’s attention. In a bold move, he replied with a savage, “get fckd butterfly,” seemingly calling out the troll in the process.
While Duff hasn’t confirmed whether she’s had Botox or not, she’s previously talked openly about her appearance-related treatments. In 2022, she mentioned in a Women’s Health cover story that while she works hard on her physical appearance with things like facials and Botox, she focuses more on her mental well-being and inner health.
The couple’s support for one another is clear, with Matthew standing up for his wife when needed. Koma and Duff have had a long relationship, first meeting in 2013, dating on and off, and ultimately getting married in 2019. They share three children together, and Duff also has a son, Luca, from her previous marriage to Mike Comrie.
