Lufthansa is rolling out more flexible payment choices for its customers. The airline says these options will go live in the middle of November. The new features are being launched through partnerships with Klarna and Adyen, two major payment companies.

With these additions, travellers will be able to choose a “Pay Later” option. This means they can book a flight right away and then pay the full amount after a set period of time. There will also be a “Financing” option. This will let customers split the cost of more expensive trips into smaller payments spread over a longer period.

These payment choices will first be available to customers in Germany, Austria, Belgium, and Switzerland. Lufthansa also plans to extend them to other important markets it serves. The goal is to give travellers more freedom and flexibility, especially when booking high-value or last-minute trips.
