Linkin Park is officially set to perform in India for the very first time, headlining Lollapalooza India 2026 at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Racecourse on January 25, 2026. The performance is part of the band’s ongoing From Zero World Tour, and fans across India have reason to celebrate this long-awaited announcement.
The news was confirmed by both Lollapalooza India and Linkin Park, putting an end to weeks of speculation. Tickets went live on August 28 at 12 pm through BookMyShow and the official festival website.
Mike Shinoda Shares Excitement for Indian Fans
Co-founder Mike Shinoda expressed his enthusiasm about the band’s first-ever performance in India. He said, “India has been somewhere we’ve wanted to play for a long time. Our fans there are incredibly passionate and we can’t wait to finally bring our live show to them.”
The band returned in September 2024 after a seven-year hiatus, introducing co-lead singer Emily Armstrong following the passing of Chester Bennington. Their From Zero World Tour kicks off in Omaha on August 29, 2025, and will run until June 2026, concluding in Switzerland.
What to Expect at Lollapalooza India 2026
The Mumbai festival, scheduled for January 24–25, 2026, marks the fourth edition of Lollapalooza India. Previous editions have hosted global stars like Sting, Green Day, Imagine Dragons, Jonas Brothers, Shawn Mendes, as well as prominent Indian artists including AP Dhillon, Divine, and Raghu Dixit.
This year, more than 40 artists are expected to perform, with fans speculating appearances by names such as Niall Horan, Twenty One Pilots, Harry Styles, David Guetta, and Tiësto.

General ticket sales opened on August 28 at 12 noon. In addition to standard passes, fans can choose from premium experiences:
