Kim Kardashian struggles with co-parenting issues in the wake of Kanye West’s newest controversies

Kim Kardashian is finding it harder and harder to deal with the fallout from Kanye West’s latest public outbursts—especially when they involve their four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

According to a source close to Kardashian, she is increasingly frustrated with West’s unpredictable behavior. She still wants their kids to have a strong and healthy relationship with their father, but making that happen in a way that feels safe and stable has become a real challenge.

“When Kanye isn’t around, the kids—especially North—miss him and ask to see him,” the source shared. “But when he is around, it often leads to stress and frustration for Kim.”

This ongoing tug-of-war between ensuring their children get time with their dad while also protecting them from his unpredictable decisions has made co-parenting a constant battle.

Things escalated last week when Kardashian had to abruptly end North’s time with Kanye after finding out that controversial figures Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate were planning to join them.

The Tate brothers—who recently returned to the U.S. after facing serious legal charges overseas, including sex crimes—were reportedly on their way to meet Kanye and North. As soon as Kardashian learned of this, she acted fast to remove her daughter from the situation.

In response, she requested an emergency custody hearing and, on March 14, sat down with West, their lawyers, and a mediator to address the situation.

“Kim can’t stand when Kanye acts impulsively like this,” the source explained. “She wants the kids to spend time with their dad, but in a safe environment. She also finds it ridiculous that she constantly has to be prepared to call her lawyer at a moment’s notice.”

Adding another layer to the drama, the meeting also briefly touched on West’s new song, LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE, which features their 11-year-old daughter North and incarcerated rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Combs’ involvement sparked even more backlash, as he is currently being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Given the controversy surrounding the track, it has only added fuel to the fire in Kardashian’s ongoing struggles with West.

Then, on March 19, West escalated things even further by making shocking accusations against the Kardashian family. He claimed they were involved in child sex trafficking, citing North’s appearance in an FKA Twigs song as supposed “evidence.”

This latest accusation has left Kardashian in a familiar but exhausting positionprotecting her kids while bracing for yet another media storm and legal fight.

Through all of this, Kardashian remains laser-focused on shielding her children from the chaos surrounding their father’s actions. She has long tried to co-parent as peacefully as possible, but Kanye’s unpredictability has forced her to keep her attorney on speed dial, never knowing when the next crisis will hit.

For Kardashian, the priority remains the same: creating a safe and stable environment for her kids, even as the drama continues to unfold in courtrooms and headlines.
