Kathy Griffin was set to celebrate the fourth wedding anniversary with her husband Randy Bick, but just shortly before that she filed for divorce.

As per the court documents from Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday night, the comedian lists the pair’s date of separation as December 22 and has cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

In the petition for dissolution of their marriage, Kathy asks the court enforce their “premarital agreement” from 2019 and requests that the court’s ability to award spousal support to both parties be terminated.

After the news of her divorce came out in the public, Kathy took to her Instagram Story and wrote, “Well…sh*t. This sucks.”

Kathy married her tour manager in January 2020, which they had described as a “surprise” wedding. The former couple had been dating since 2011.

At the time, Kathy shared on social media that the entire ceremony was done in just 14 minutes. “We promised you a typical. We are in love and we cannot stop laughing.” The wedding was officiated by Lily Tomlin.

The comedian was previously married to Matt Moline from 2001 to 2006, and he also appeared on her reality show ‘My Life on the D-List’.
