“The Vampire Diaries” fans remember Bonnie Bennett for her magic, and it seems Kat Graham brought a little bit of that energy into her real life too. Years after first meeting Bryant Wood, he randomly called her one day and told her he’d had a “sexy dream” about her. It might not have been magic, but it was definitely a strong intuitive spark. Kat decided to meet him, and since then, their story has felt like something straight out of a movie.
Two years ago, Kat and Bryant actually got married in the most unexpected and spontaneous way. During a bubble-bath date, Kat mentioned that she wanted to marry him. Bryant felt the same way, and soon they found a friend named Alex, known for his “good vibes” tattoo, who read their vows in another friend’s house. They both wore Bermuda shorts and said “I do” in what became their impromptu elopement. They had planned to throw a wedding celebration afterward, but life took a sad turn when Kat’s mother passed away. It took her time to heal and feel ready to celebrate again.
Now, two years later, the couple finally got to have their proper wedding ceremony in Los Angeles at Kat’s grandmother’s property. It was emotional, intimate, and deeply meaningful for both of them.
For the big day, Kat wore a stunning custom wedding gown designed by Jean Paul Gaultier, while her husband, Bryant, wore a white silk suit created by designer Hema Bose, who represents Indian designers. The suit was inspired by Anamika Khanna’s work. The couple twinned in white, looking like a perfect match. Bryant’s grandparents walked him down the aisle, and Kat’s grandmother walked her. They exchanged vows they wrote themselves, and Kat sweetly shared that Bryant had his vows saved on his phone but covered it with a little vow book because he couldn’t write small.
Friends and family gathered to witness the couple’s love and joy. At one point, Kat and Bryant even joined the chef in preparing a millefoglie, a classic Italian cake for their guests, making the moment even more special.
Kat, who started working in entertainment at just five years old, once dreamed of becoming a chef before her acting career took off. That love for food made this wedding detail even more meaningful.
The ceremony was simple but full of heart. Kat later said she used to think weddings had to be big and traditional, but she realized it could be whatever she wanted, personal, loving, and true to who they are. Bryant, on the other hand, found comfort in seeing how much family surrounded them that day.
Their second “I do” was not about glam or fame, it was about love, healing, and celebrating life together. Congratulations to Kat and Bryant on finally having the wedding of their dreams.
