She attended the star-studded event alongside longtime friend and fellow model Kendall Jenner. This marked a notable change for the couple, who had previously made joint appearances at the Met Gala, including their memorable red carpet moment in 2021.
While Hailey dazzled in New York City, Justin took a more low-key approach to the day. Social media posts and reports showed him enjoying a round of golf and catching the Toronto Maple Leafs in the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. Despite missing the glamorous event, Justin made sure his support for Hailey was clear.
The day after the Met Gala, Justin took to Instagram to share several photos of Hailey from the night, captioning them simply but lovingly: “I see it I like it and I want it.”
Justin’s affectionate post comes amid a recent response to rumors swirling around his personal life and relationship. On April 24, he addressed false claims in a candid Instagram Stories message, saying, “They treat me like [expletive] out here, but I remember that I am flawed and God forgave me.” He explained that remembering his own flaws helps him avoid feeling superior to those who spread negativity.
He also reflected on public perception of his relationship with Hailey, saying, “Honestly if I was u, it would be hard not to be jealous of me and Hailey going brazzzzyy.” He added, “It’s really up for us, and that’s understandable why people can’t stand it. I don’t blame em. Hailey and I are the Jones’s that are impossible to keep up with.”
