Jonathan Majors is attempting to stage a comeback after his dramatic fall from grace. Once one of Hollywood’s most promising stars, his career took a sharp downturn following his conviction on misdemeanor charges of harassment and assault. Marvel Studios cut ties with him, major film projects fell through, and his critically acclaimed movie Magazine Dreams was shelved—until now.

With Magazine Dreams finally set for theatrical release, Majors is reflecting on his journey, his attempt at redemption, and the letter he sent to Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige. In an interview with Variety, he revealed that after Marvel dropped him, he reached out to Feige, expressing gratitude for his time with the studio. While he didn’t disclose the full contents, he stated, “I just appreciate him. I just love him. I loved my time at Marvel, and I still love Kang. I’m watching them. I see what they’re doing and I’m pulling for them. If they need me, they know where I’m at.”

Despite losing his Marvel role, Majors insists he holds no bitterness toward the decision. He acknowledges that it was a business move, though he remains hopeful that audiences will still engage with his work.

He describes Magazine Dreams as a deeply personal project, exploring themes of loneliness, masculinity, and self-destruction—parallels he recognizes in his own life. Over the past two years, he has focused on self-reflection and personal growth, even getting a tattoo that reads “Rebirth” to symbolize his fresh start.

While Hollywood’s response to his comeback remains uncertain, Majors is determined to move forward. He remains committed to his craft, believing that if he continues telling meaningful stories, everything else will fall into place.
