BTS member Jin, currently in the midst of his U.S. tour RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, offered fans a charming and relatable peek into his recent reunion with the group. During a live broadcast on Weverse on July 18, held between his two back-to-back shows in Anaheim, Jin spoke warmly about meeting RM, SUGA, Jimin, V, and Jungkook in Los Angeles. The visit not only lifted his spirits but also left him pleasantly surprised by how much his fellow members have changed—particularly in one unexpected area: their eating habits.
According to Jin, one of the most noticeable differences was how much more conscious the members have become about their food intake since their military discharge in June 2025. “They check the calories of the food while eating, like ‘how many hundreds of calories is this?’” he shared, clearly amused. Jin confessed that he himself had long stopped counting calories, so it was fascinating to see the younger members suddenly mindful of such details. Still, the shift didn’t dampen their appetite. “It wasn’t like they weren’t eating while saying all this,” Jin added with a laugh. “They ate everything as they said it, but it was fascinating.”
