Jennifer Aniston is reportedly very upset with the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) after they accidentally revealed her home address in a public crime report. This happened following a scary stalking incident at her $21 million Bel Air mansion.
Last week, while Jennifer was at home, a 48-year-old man named Jimmy Carwyle from Mississippi drove his car right into her front gate. Luckily, her private security held him at gunpoint until the police arrived. Carwyle has now been charged with felony stalking, vandalism, and making threats of bodily harm. Jennifer’s legal team says this was actually part of a “two-year campaign” of harassment and stalking.
Because the LAPD included the exact block of her address in their official report, Jennifer has had fans showing up at her gate trying to catch a glimpse of her. This has made her feel unsafe, despite hiring extra security. In fact, she’s thinking about selling the house she once called her “dream property” because she no longer feels secure there.
A source close to Jennifer told the Daily Mail, “She’s furious with the LAPD for revealing where she lives. Since the incident, fans keep coming by her gate, and she’s really shaken up. She expected the police to be more careful with her privacy.”
The suspect, Carwyle, appeared in court last Thursday wrapped in a blanket and separated from others by a glass panel. He’s still in custody and is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation. His estranged wife, Julia, said she was shocked by his behavior and shared that he believes he’s Jesus Christ and that Jennifer was meant to be his queen, highlighting the seriousness of his mental illness.
