Hulu’s Paradise Season 2 Episode 9 is not happening. Both seasons of the drama were planned to consist of eight episodes each and, therefore, are completely accurate.

It appears that any online discussions or promotions regarding a “season two episode nine” are fan-created, misleading, or erroneous — possibly confused with unrelated shows like the anime series Hell’s Paradise. Both Hulu’s schedule listing and IMDb show that season two has eight episodes listed.
