Nicki Minaj and Cardi B’s long fight started again in October 2025. It began when Nicki mocked Cardi over her album sales for Am I the Drama? Things got ugly very fast. They started attacking each other’s personal lives. Their partners, exes and even their kids got dragged into it. They also made comments about each other’s health and personal struggles. Nicki accused Cardi of cheating, while Cardi hit back saying Nicki was mentally unstable and using drugs.

Nicki recently went on X, formerly Twitter, and made several posts about Cardi. She claimed that Cardi’s latest pregnancy was the result of her cheating on Offset with football player Steffon Diggs. Nicki even mocked the rumors about Steffon having kids with different women and used that to insult Cardi.

Nicki didn’t stop there. She said Cardi’s husband never liked her because she was ugly and had a swollen face from too many surgeries trying to look like Nicki. Fans were shocked, but there’s no proof behind any of Nicki’s claims. One of her posts said some harsh words about Cardi’s looks, marriage and personal life that many people found extremely disrespectful.

Cardi B then clapped back. She said Nicki wasn’t mentally stable and needed help. She called her bipolar and said she had schizophrenia, which are both serious conditions. There’s no real evidence that Nicki has these illnesses. What is known is that Nicki has spoken openly before about struggling with ADHD, depression and addiction.

Nicki once shared that she got addicted to the painkiller Percocet after taking it for menstrual cramps. She said she later got clean and realized that many celebrities use drugs to handle the pressure of fame. Cardi mentioned this addiction in her tweets too and even went as far as saying it caused Nicki’s son, Papa Bear, to have mental deformities, which is an unproven and cruel claim.

Nicki has also spoken about having ADHD and anxiety. In a 2023 tweet, she said ADHD made it hard for her to express herself clearly. She shared that constant judgment from the public made her anxious. In a 2021 interview, she talked about having suicidal thoughts early in her career. And during the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, she told people to take mental health seriously, even when someone looks like they have a perfect life.

The fight between the two rappers has now gone far beyond music. It’s become personal, painful and very public — with both sides saying things that many fans feel crossed the line.
