Justin Timberlake seems to be going through a tough time lately, with reports suggesting that the singer is feeling pretty down and out. Recently, while on his world tour, he was spotted looking worse for wear, and it seems his mood matches his appearance.
A source close to the What Goes Around Comes Around artist shared some details with RadarOnline.com, explaining that this time around, even his wife, Jessica Biel, isn’t by his side to offer support. The insider revealed, “He’s down in the dumps and hating life, which anyone can tell by the sad and sorry look on him. And it looks like it’s because of Jessica splitting.”
The source continued to shed light on Timberlake’s struggles, especially during a performance in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in March. They said that his tour has taken a hit, with critics harshly commenting on his setlist. Fans, particularly those who grew up with Timberlake as part of *NSYNC, have expressed their frustration that he’s mainly performing tracks from his latest album, Everything I Thought It Was. Unfortunately, this album hasn’t been a commercial success, which has only added to his challenges.
It’s worth mentioning that Jessica Biel, who has always been there for Timberlake in the past, has not been on this tour with him. According to the insider, she’s been busy working on her upcoming film, Matchbox, and that’s kept her from joining her husband on the road. The source explained that Justin, usually the one who turns to her for support, wanted her to come along, but she turned him down.
“Jessica doesn’t want to be his nursemaid and listen to him whine all the time,” the insider added, revealing some of the tension between the couple.
Their 12-year marriage has reportedly been facing struggles, with rumors about Justin Timberlake’s infidelity, embarrassing revelations in Britney Spears’ 2023 memoir, and even his recent DUI arrest in Sag Harbor last June, all putting a strain on their relationship.
It looks like Justin is going through a rough patch, both professionally and personally, and it’s clear that he’s feeling the weight of everything going on.
