Season 4 of the finance drama “Industry” is bringing some big changes. The show airs on HBO and was created by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay. It follows young bankers in London who deal with extreme stress, messy personal lives, and a world filled with power, money, sex, and drugs. The environment is intense, and the show gives a close look at how high finance works behind closed doors. It also touches on themes like gender, race, class, and privilege inside a major international bank.
The cast includes Myha’la from “Bodies Bodies Bodies,” Ken Leung from “Lost,” Marisa Abela from “Back to Black,” Harry Lawtey from “Joker: Folie à Deux,” Conor MacNeill from “The Tourist,” Sagar Radia from “The Good Karma Hospital,” Sarah Goldberg from “Barry,” and Kit Harington from “Game of Thrones.”
HBO renewed the show for Season 4 in September 2024, just three days before the second-to-last episode of Season 3 aired.
The new season will feature some interesting new cast members, but one major character will not be returning. More details will be revealed soon. Keep checking this page for updates, because new information will be added as it comes out.

How did the Industry season 3 end?
Robert made a huge career move, and that led to his exit. Pierpoint went through major changes too. Eric sacrificed Bill and then tried to connect the Pierpoint board with Al-Mi’raj, but he ended up getting pushed out as well. Once the new owners stepped in, they fired more employees than anyone expected. The London office is now being shut down so the company can focus on private wealth instead.
Rishi was worried about the Al-Mi’raj takeover, so he reached out to Harper. Instead of helping him, she embarrassed him while Sweetpea stood by. On top of that, his wife was shot and killed after he got caught up in dangerous gambling debt.
Otto Mostyn opened up to Harper. He said he was searching for someone who could take over his work, someone who sees trading the same way he does. Harper seemed interested at first and said the timing looked good. But later, she chose to stay committed to her partnership with Petra.
When Harper read about Jesse Bloom getting out of prison, she met with Mostyn again. She told him she wanted to start a short-only fund. He liked her bold “anti-fraud fraudsters” idea, and she reminded him that it only becomes a crime if they get caught. She wants to run this operation from New York. This raises a big question: is the show leaving London for good and moving the story to the United States?
