Guess what? One of the most iconic stoner duos of all time, Harold and Kumar, are making a comeback after more than a decade! Yep, Harold & Kumar 4 is officially in the works, and fans who grew up laughing at their ridiculous adventures are freaking out (in the best way).
It’s been forever since the last movie, A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas, came out in 2011. That one ended with them finally fixing their messy lives, settling things with their girlfriends, and, of course, lighting one up together, just like old times. Most people assumed that was the end. But nope, these guys have one more round of chaos to unleash.
And yes, the original stars John Cho (Harold) and Kal Penn (Kumar) are expected to come back to play their iconic roles again, though nothing is officially signed yet. But what’s super exciting is that the original writers, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, are back on board too, so the movie’s definitely in the right hands.

The movie is being produced by Mandate Pictures under Lionsgate, and while the full cast isn’t confirmed yet, fans are really hoping that Neil Patrick Harris comes back, too. His crazy, over-the-top appearances in the earlier movies were unforgettable (and honestly, the films wouldn’t feel complete without him showing up to cause even more trouble).
