XDefiant is an exhilarating first-person competitive shooter that demands both strategic thinking and intense firefights. On the battlefield, your teammates will (ideally) be putting in as much effort as you are. To show your appreciation for their hard work, there’s no better gesture than a big high five.
Whether you’re aiming for the “High-Fivist” trophy/achievement by giving 20 high fives, or simply want to encourage your teammates with positive reinforcement, here’s how you can give high fives in XDefiant.
How to High Five in XDefiant
While a high five is a fantastic way to commend a teammate for their performance, in XDefiant, “high fives” are actually thumbs-up gestures. It’s a bit of a misnomer, but the idea is the same.
At the end of a match, all your teammates will be lined up with their respective achievements displayed under their names. To give a high five (thumbs-up), select the teammate you believe deserves recognition and click on their name.
When you do this, a thumbs-up icon will appear above their achievement, and they’ll receive a small amount of XP as a reward. Keep in mind that you can only give one high five per match, so choose the teammate you think has truly earned it!
By using this system, you can help foster a supportive and motivating environment within your team, making every match a little more rewarding for everyone involved.
