House democrats respond to GOP report on Biden’s Afghanistan withdrawal

In their rebuttal, House Democrats argue that the Biden administration inherited a deeply flawed situation from the Trump administration, which had already negotiated a deal with the Taliban to withdraw U.S. forces by May 2021.
