But soon after, dedicated fans began to raise questions about its authenticity. A well-known fan account, London For Kim Soo Hyun, stepped in to set the record straight. They confirmed that the Twitter account in question was fake, the injury claim was untrue, and the images used were actually pulled from Pinterest. They also clarified that Kim Soo Hyun had not been injured or hospitalized in any way.
The fan account strongly condemned the person behind the hoax, calling the act “beyond low” and accusing them of using the actor’s name for attention. They urged people to respect Kim Soo Hyun’s privacy and reputation, especially in such a sensitive time.
This incident comes amid already heightened attention on the actor due to rumors about his alleged relationship with actress Kim Sae Ron, which itself has sparked debate and controversy online. In the midst of all this, the false injury report added an unnecessary layer of confusion, showing just how easily misinformation can spread when public figures are involved.
