Harrison Solomon has spoken out about his exit from Love Island UK, following the departure of his connection, Lauren Wood. While he did not leave immediately after Lauren, he informed the other villa members, including Toni, about his decision and hinted that he might leave to find Lauren.

Taking to Instagram, Solomon shared a photo of himself with packed bags and a heartfelt caption. He wrote, “Back on home turf and carrying every lesson with me. What a whirlwind—confusing, raw, beautiful in parts, and deeply humbling. I entered with the intention not to hurt anyone.” He continued, “Truthfully, although I didn’t manage that, I leave with a heart more open and a soul willing to learn. Life isn’t always easy; it’s felt, it’s flawed, and it’s full of growth. Thank you to those who saw the good in me even when I struggled to see it myself. This is just the beginning.”

On the episode that aired Friday, viewers saw Lauren being dumped. As she packed, she asked Harrison if he wanted to leave with her, noting that despite their recent ups and downs, their connection had been “real.” Harrison admitted that it was a difficult decision to make in just a few minutes and needed time to think. Eventually, he decided to leave the villa, saying goodbye to the other contestants before his exit.

New episodes of Love Island UK are available to stream on Hulu from Sunday through Friday.
