Hailey Bieber has opened up about wanting to expand her family and says she feels “much more prepared” to have a second child. In a recent interview, the 28-year-old shared her thoughts on motherhood, her son Jack Blues, and how becoming a mom has changed her perspective.
Hailey, who shares 15-month-old Jack with husband Justin Bieber, said there’s no way to truly prepare for parenthood until you experience it yourself. She told GQ that while she felt unprepared the first time, she now feels ready to do it again. She explained that motherhood brings a lot of unknowns, but as a parent, you naturally grow and evolve in ways you can’t anticipate.
She also talked about balancing work and parenting. On the In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele podcast, Hailey said she has full-time help and isn’t ashamed to admit it. She said she couldn’t manage her career without support and is grateful for it. Jack is always cared for by family, his dad, or his godparents when he’s not with her.
When asked about having more kids, Hailey confirmed she definitely wants to grow her family. She shared that she always knew she wanted more than one child and had imagined herself as a mother since she was little. She admitted that becoming a mom at 27 was challenging and initially daunting, but parents figure things out day by day once the baby arrives.
Hailey added that she is constantly learning what works best for her and her son, discovering new ways to care for him every day. With her growing confidence and strong support system, she seems ready and prepared to welcome baby number two when the time feels right.
