Gal Gadot, known for her role as Wonder Woman, is gearing up for her return as the Evil Queen in the upcoming Snow White movie. During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, she promoted the film and opened up about a terrifying health scare she experienced while eight months pregnant with her fourth child.
The actress shared that she had been suffering from intense migraines, which progressively worsened to the point where she started losing both her sight and hearing. Describing the experience as “massive headaches that completely put me down,” Gadot explained how the condition left her feeling helpless. After consulting with a neurologist and undergoing an MRI, she was shocked to learn that she had a massive blood clot in her brain.
Gadot recalled the severity of the situation, saying, “If I had gone through a spontaneous delivery, I would not have been here.” She went on to describe it as the first time she ever felt “scared to death.” Given the risks associated with her condition, doctors advised her to deliver the baby immediately, and within just two hours, Gadot gave birth to her daughter, Olin.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Gadot reflected on the ordeal, writing, “In February, during my eighth month of pregnancy, I was diagnosed with a massive blood clot in my brain. For weeks, I had endured excruciating headaches that confined me to bed, until I finally underwent an MRI that revealed the terrifying truth.” She continued, expressing how the experience highlighted the fragility of life, saying, “In one moment, my family and I were faced with how fragile life can be… It was a stark reminder of how quickly everything can change.”
Despite the frightening health scare, Gadot is now focusing on her work, with Snow White scheduled for release on March 21. Her story serves as a powerful reminder of the strength and resilience she has, both as a mother and as an actress.
