The man caught trying to sneak into Jennifer Aniston’s Bel Air home is now being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) for possible stalking. Officials are looking closely at his strange behavior and unsettling posts on social media, which might have led to a serious crime.
On Monday, Jimmy Wayne Carwyle was arrested after he allegedly drove his car right through the gates of Jennifer Aniston’s property. Security guards quickly stopped him and held him at gunpoint until the police arrived. Now, the LAPD’s special threat management unit is treating the case as more than just a break-in—it could be stalking.
Police sources say Carwyle’s social media activity is a big part of the investigation. His Facebook page reportedly has weird and erratic posts, including one from last October where he bizarrely claimed that Jennifer Aniston was going to be his “bride.”
Besides this, Carwyle is facing felony vandalism charges and is currently being held in Los Angeles County jail without bail. Fortunately, Jennifer was home during the incident but was completely safe and didn’t have any contact with him. Her team has chosen not to comment on the situation so far.
As the police dig deeper to understand why Carwyle acted this way, keeping Jennifer safe remains the highest priority. This investigation also highlights how some individuals can take dangerous, disturbing actions, prompting authorities to take strong steps against him.
