Florence Pugh adds herself to the list of celebrities being hit by an object on stage.
The ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ actress was struck in the face by an item thrown from the audience during the panel for ‘Dune: Part Two’ at CCXP 2023 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on Sunday.
According to a video shared on social media, the unknown projectile caught Pugh by surprise as she posed for pictures alongside her co-stars, which included Timothee Chalamet, Austin Butler, and Zendaya.
Florence seemed to quickly brush off the moment as her co-stars checked on her to know if she was OK.

The clip went viral on the internet and the users are reacting to it with disapproval.
“Disgusting. it’s going to get to the point where people do not want to do live events or concerts. If they have to be worried about people throwing stuff at them and getting hurt,” wrote one user.
“oh my gosh people are so rude,” commented another user. The third one pointed out that the object could have easily hurt her.
Speaking of the movie, the actress stars in Dune: Part Two as Princess Irulan Corrino.
