BTS’s Jin recently kicked off his first solo world tour with two shows at the Goyang Auxiliary Stadium in South Korea. On the second night, fans were treated to a surprise appearance by RED VELVET’s Wendy. She joined Jin on stage to perform their duet “Heart On The Window,” a track from Jin’s solo album Happy. While their vocals impressed the audience, it was their playful and slightly awkward interaction that really caught everyone’s attention.
One of the things fans noticed was how much closer Jin and Wendy stood on stage compared to their previous performance together in 2024. Jin addressed this during the concert, saying that people had joked about the large distance between them last time. Wendy added to the humor by saying the gap was so big that the rest of BTS could have fit in between them. Jin revealed that their stage director heard the jokes and even added markers to help them stand closer this time around.
What made the moment even more entertaining for fans was how shy Jin seemed around Wendy. He could barely make eye contact, kept giggling during their talk, and seemed nervous. After Wendy left the stage, Jin smiled to himself and let out a sigh, which sparked fan speculation that he might have a small crush on her. Some fans even joked that his team or director might already know about his admiration.
Fans also pointed out that Jin appeared much more relaxed during his performance with Yena the night before. This added to the idea that he might behave differently around Wendy. Many recalled how Jin had previously spoken fondly of Wendy’s voice and acted similarly shy when he was a guest on her radio show a few months ago.
The moment added a fun and lighthearted touch to Jin’s concert and left fans wondering if more such surprises might come up as the tour continues.
