Taylor had been open about her health struggles, using her platform to share her journey with undiagnosed conditions. In a TikTok video posted just months before her death, she spoke about the toll her illness had taken on her body. “A girl said that I just looked like the life has been drained out of me. Honestly, for a time there, that’s true, I feel like I’m fighting for life every day. When I didn’t necessarily know what was wrong with me, I’d be in bed in pain just wishing to be dead because I just wanted it to end and I don’t necessarily feel that way now,” she shared with her followers.
Her health challenges left her unable to do basic activities, something she expressed deep sorrow over. “I should be in my prime. I should be able to walk to the mailbox or run, and those are just things I can’t really do right now,” she lamented.
Despite the difficulties she faced, Taylor continued to spread positivity through her content. Her final TikTok video, posted on September 26, showed her spending time with her dog, a moment that touched her fans.
Cameron also revealed that Taylor was an organ donor, honoring her wish to continue helping others even in death. “More than anything Taylor would want to know that she’s continuing to save people’s lives even after she’s gone from this world,” Cameron wrote. “And even though her earthly body may have failed her, her memory and life will be carried on forever. She doesn’t owe anyone, anything. But she would want everyone to know that she’s more than ok.”
The couple had been together since 2021, got engaged in June 2022, and were married in August 2023. Taylor’s sudden passing has left a deep void, not only for Cameron and her family but for the millions who followed her journey online.
Her story is a poignant reminder of the unpredictable nature of chronic illness and the strength required to face such challenges, a legacy that Taylor’s followers will remember long after her passing.
