Drake Bell and Josh Peck, the beloved duo from Drake & Josh, recently reunited for a deeply emotional conversation—one that has been years in the making.

This marks the first time the two Nickelodeon stars have sat down together after Bell publicly shared his painful experiences on Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, an Investigation Discovery documentary exposing disturbing behind-the-scenes stories from children’s television.

Their reunion took place on an upcoming episode of Good Guys, the podcast hosted by Josh Peck and Ben Soffer, set to release on March 24.

In the podcast trailer, Bell refers to the discussion as something that “is going to be like therapy.” Peck is also seen expressing his regret over not realizing what his co-star had been going through during their time at Nickelodeon.

“I could never have known at that age all the things you were going through,” Peck tells Bell, acknowledging that despite their friendship, they never had a real sit-down conversation about their experiences since Drake & Josh aired.

Peck also opens up about the conflicting emotions of being associated with a show that was once widely loved but is now linked to a much darker reality.

“The moments that were great were great, and we were incredibly lucky to get to do this thing that we loved,” he says.

However, he also recognizes that Bell’s experience was far from the same, referencing the suffering Bell endured behind the scenes.

For those unfamiliar, Bell came forward last March on Quiet on Set, revealing that he had been abused by his Nickelodeon dialogue coach/manager Brian Peck. This abuse began during The Amanda Show and continued through Drake & Josh—a reality that was hidden beneath the show’s fun and humor.

Now, as Bell and Peck sit down for this candid conversation, it marks a turning point in their friendship—a long-overdue chance to address the past, heal, and move forward.

The full podcast episode will be available to stream on March 24.
