Japanese precision equipment maker DISCO Corp has reported solid growth in profits for the first 9 months of its fiscal year.

The company said group operating profit rose 9.7 percent to 126.21 billion yen during the period. Net profit also increased. It climbed 8.7 percent to 92.64 billion yen.

Recurring profit showed steady improvement as well. It rose 8.0 percent to 126.45 billion yen.

Looking ahead, DISCO shared its outlook for the full 2025 to 26 fiscal year. The company expects operating profit to reach 172.10 billion yen. This would mark a 3.2 percent increase.

Net profit is forecast to grow 2.0 percent to 126.40 billion yen. Recurring profit is also expected to rise 2.0 percent to 172.40 billion yen.

The update signals stable demand and consistent performance for the company as it moves into the final part of the fiscal year.
