Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard showed up at the Manhattan courthouse again on Monday to testify in the ongoing federal trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs. This marked the start of the second week of the trial.

Under oath, Richard told the court that Diddy would threaten people if they ever spoke out against him or if things didn’t go his way. She said he warned people that they could “go missing” or even die. She admitted she was both shocked and scared by these threats.

When asked if anyone ever reported the violence against Cassie Ventura, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Richard said no one did. To show support, she said she and Cassie often wore sunglasses together as a way to stand united.

Richard also shared some details about Diddy’s drug use, saying that he got most of his drugs from a dealer called “One Stop.” This dealer supplied everything from ecstasy to emergency contraceptive pills. Richard told the court that Diddy and his team would carry a Louis Vuitton pouch filled with these drugs.

Last Friday, Richard described witnessing several violent incidents involving Diddy during the years she worked with him—from 2004 to 2011. She also said she saw him drag, kick, and punch Cassie Ventura.

Richard’s connection to Diddy goes back to when she appeared on his MTV reality show Making the Band, where her group Danity Kane was formed. Later, she also joined Diddy’s group Diddy – Dirty Money.

Next in line to testify is Kerry Morgan, who was Cassie’s best friend for many years. Last week, Cassie testified that she saw Diddy hanging Morgan over a balcony and acting violently toward her.

This trial is revealing a lot about the darker side of Diddy’s world, as multiple witnesses come forward with their stories.
