Jeremy Allen White and Molly Gordon have been heating up the romance rumors for a while now, even before they were caught sharing a kiss in public on September 25. While they had some undeniable chemistry on the set of The Bear, it turns out they didn’t start their romantic relationship until just a few weeks ago.
A source recently shared with People that there were whispers on set about their strong connection, but the two only began hanging out romantically not long ago. According to this insider, White seems genuinely interested in Gordon, and she’s just as invested in getting to know him. The couple is reportedly quite affectionate, enjoying lunch dates and deep conversations, and they seem to have a lot of fun together.
Despite being based in New York City, Gordon has been spending a considerable amount of time in Los Angeles, where White lives with his two kids, Ezer and Dolores, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Addison Timlin.
In The Bear, Gordon plays Claire, who is Carmy’s childhood sweetheart, played by White. Their relationship rekindles when Claire returns in Season 2, but it faces challenges after Claire overhears Carmy blaming her for his restaurant struggles, leading her to walk out on him during the season finale. Although she appears in flashbacks during Season 3, the couple’s future remains uncertain.
Before the buzz about White and Gordon’s relationship, Jeremy was previously linked to singer Rosalía. They were first spotted together in October 2023, holding hands by December, and they were frequently photographed until their apparent split in July after attending an event for his hit Hulu show. Interestingly, on the day White and Gordon were seen together, Rosalía was celebrating her birthday in Paris with celebrity friends like Kendall and Kylie Jenner and Gigi Hadid.
As for Molly Gordon, she’s been carving out her place in the entertainment industry for quite some time. Beyond her acting chops, she’s recognized as a triple threat, showcasing her talents in scriptwriting and directing as well.
