Landon Barker, the singer and son of Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, is clearing the air after he was seen at a controversial Diddy-themed birthday party. The 21-year-old took to TikTok to address the confusion and express his regret over the situation.

On Tuesday, Landon Barker issued a statement addressing rumors about his involvement in the Diddy-themed party. Contrary to reports, Barker said the party wasn’t for his 21st birthday. “I’ve not had a birthday party. My birthday party is next week,” he clarified. He and his friends had gone to Nobu for dinner before being invited to the party by a club promoter.

Barker explained that he stayed at the party without realizing its controversial theme. The party referenced recent legal troubles surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs, including federal raids on his properties that uncovered large amounts of baby oil. “I didn’t know what was going on right away,” Barker admitted.

He described the environment as dark, which prevented him from noticing the baby oil-themed bottle service. “I thought they were bringing out tequila,” Barker shared, adding that it wasn’t until the service reached his table that he understood what was happening.

Landon Barker also denied claims that he had requested his friends to dress in all-white, a nod to Diddy’s famous parties. “This is what was worn on my birthday,” Barker said, showing photos of formal attire, not themed outfits. He emphasized that his intention was only to celebrate his birthday and he ended up “in a bad situation.”

Barker concluded his video with an apology, writing, “Apologies to go out to everyone I hurt — this wasn’t my idea, and I never wanted that to happen.”
