Chelsea Blackwell, a contestant on Love Is Blind season six, recently opened up about her new romance with Tim Teeter. While her season was still airing, Chelsea decided to take a chance and re-enter the dating scene. In a candid TikTok shared on October 12, she revealed that she met Tim on Bumble, just before the March reunion episode aired. Though nervous about jumping back into dating, Chelsea felt she had done enough self-work to be ready.
Chelsea admitted that starting to date while her life was in the public eye wasn’t easy, especially given how she was portrayed on the show. When she first matched with Tim, she was aware he had likely seen the show. Despite this, she felt an immediate connection. Chelsea said, “I instantly knew I cared for him.”
Their early relationship wasn’t without its challenges. Chelsea mentioned they briefly broke up as she questioned whether it was the right time to commit to someone. However, that short separation made her realize just how much Tim meant to her. “I instantly knew I didn’t want to be apart from him,” she reflected.
Since then, Chelsea and Tim have grown closer. She praised him for being supportive, especially given her independent nature. Although they had to navigate their differences, Chelsea expressed how grateful she is for their relationship.
