Canada Market top losers: Superior Plus down 17%, Global Crossing Airlines drops 13%

Several Canadian stocks faced declines in early trading today, with Superior Plus Corp. (SPB) leading the losses.

Superior Plus Corp. (SPB), in distribution services, dropped 17.33% to 5.58 CAD with a market cap of 1.678 billion CAD. Analysts rate SPB as a “Buy” despite recent volatility.

In the transportation sector, Global Crossing Airlines Group Inc. (JET) fell 13.04% to 0.80 CAD on low trading volume. Metavista3D Inc. (DDD) also declined, down 12.80% to 1.09 CAD.

Supremex Inc. (SXP), within consumer non-durables, decreased by 11.21% to 3.80 CAD, maintaining a “Strong Buy” rating. LQwD Technologies Corp. (LQWD) in commercial services saw an 8.48% drop to 1.51 CAD.

Among non-energy minerals, Trilogy Metals Inc. (TMQ) dropped 6.67% to 1.40 CAD, and B2Gold Corp. (BTO) fell 5.44% to 4.17 CAD, both rated “Buy.”

Digihost Technology Inc. (DGHI) in technology services lost 6.64%, down to 2.25 CAD, while health technology company California Nanotechnologies Corp. (CNO) dropped 6.42% to 1.02 CAD.

NFI Group Inc. (NFI) in producer manufacturing saw a 5.85% decline, priced at 15.62 CAD, rounding out the list of major losers.
