The last chapter of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, titled “Jura,” focused on the sudden arrival of the powerful Shinju clone, Jura. After Sarada’s victory, Mitsuki asked Araya to return Ryu’s Thorn Soul Bulb. But things took a dark turn when Jura emerged from a Claw Mark, ignoring everyone and heading straight toward Boruto. Meanwhile, Boruto successfully defeated Matsuri in battle.

Jura reached Boruto’s location and quickly began attacking using Tailed Beast Balls and Wood Release techniques. Boruto did his best to hold him off while also trying to protect Konohamaru, but Jura’s power was overwhelming. After getting caught in Jura’s Wood Release, Boruto broke free using his new technique, Rasengan: Uzuhiko, which temporarily disrupted Jura’s balance. However, Jura recovered quickly by regenerating, using abilities similar to Tailed Beast healing, leaving Boruto shocked.

In Chapter 23, the story will most likely continue the intense fight between Boruto and Jura. Boruto believed Uzuhiko would give him an edge, but Jura’s regeneration shows that he’s far more dangerous than expected. The chapter might finally explain how Boruto learned or created Uzuhiko, especially if it has ties to his training after the timeskip.

Boruto is clearly in trouble, and another character could join the battle. One possibility is Kawaki, who now has stronger abilities thanks to modifications by Amado. If he shows up in time, it could turn the tide in Boruto’s favor against Jura’s overwhelming strength.
