Blake Lively’s Attorneys Looking Into Justin Baldoni’s Financial Whereabouts Amid Legal Battle?

The legal fight between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is heating up as time goes on. Recently, Blake’s lawyers have asked to see Justin’s financial records, hoping to get a clearer picture of his money situation before their court hearing in 2026. They officially sent a request to Justin’s legal team asking them to cooperate.

This news came right after Justin’s lawyers subpoenaed Taylor Swift, asking her to testify in the case. But Blake’s spokesperson quickly fired back, saying Taylor Swift wasn’t involved in the movie It Ends With Us beyond allowing one of her songs, My Tears Ricochet, to be used. They pointed out that Taylor never visited the set, didn’t help with casting or creative choices, didn’t score the film, and didn’t even see the movie until weeks after it was released. Plus, Taylor was busy touring worldwide during 2023 and 2024.

Blake’s team called the subpoena a publicity stunt, saying it was meant to grab headlines and distract from the real issues in the case. They explained that many other artists also licensed songs for the film, and Taylor’s involvement was limited to just that.

Before this, Blake’s lawyer, Mike Gottlieb, had already said it made no sense to drag Taylor Swift into the case. Meanwhile, Justin’s lawyers even contacted Marvel, possibly joking about how the character Nicepool in Deadpool might be mocking Justin.

The whole legal battle started back in December when Blake accused Justin, the director of It Ends With Us, of sexual harassment. Justin responded with his own lawsuit, accusing Blake of defamation and extortion. Now, the courtroom drama continues to escalate as both sides dig deeper.
