Black Mirror is back for its highly anticipated 7th season, set to debut on Netflix on April 10, 2025. The sci-fi anthology series, known for its chilling exploration of technology’s dark side, will feature six new episodes, all released on the same day. Created by Charlie Brooker, this season continues to dive into contemporary fears surrounding technology, including issues related to smartphones, social media, and artificial intelligence.
Netflix recently revealed the episode titles and key cast members for each of the six episodes:
- Common People – Starring Chris O’Dowd, Rashida Jones, and Tracee Ellis Ross.
- Bête Noir – Featuring Siena Kelly, Rosy McEwen, Ben Bailey Smith (Doc Brown), Amber Grappy, Ravi Aujla, Elena Sanz, and Hannah Griffiths.
- Hotel Reverie – With Emma Corrin, Issa Rae, Awkwafina, and Harriet Walter.
- Plaything – Headlined by Peter Capaldi, Lewis Gribben, James Nelson-Joyce, Michele Austin, Will Poulter, and Asim Chaudhry.
- Eulogy – Starring Paul Giamatti and Patsy Ferran.
- USS Callister: Into Infinity – A follow-up to the popular Season 4 episode, featuring Cristin Milioti, Jimmi Simpson, Billy Magnussen, Milanka Brooks, Osy Ikhile, and Paul G. Raymond.
Season 7 brings back several familiar faces, including Will Poulter and Asim Chaudhry, who previously appeared in the interactive Bandersnatch film. New stars like Emma Corrin (Deadpool), Paul Giamatti (The Holdovers), Peter Capaldi (Criminal Record), Issa Rae (Barbie), Rashida Jones (Sunny), and Billy Magnussen (Road House) will also be featured.
The highly anticipated episode USS Callister: Into Infinity will revisit the beloved Season 4 storyline, though Jesse Plemons and Michaela Coel will not be returning. The new season promises the same spine-tingling, tech-centric storytelling that has made Black Mirror a cultural phenomenon.
