The 37-year-old music producer shared the process in a playful TikTok video, where Gomez could be heard offering him some lighthearted guidance.
The video, posted on March 22, starts with Blanco zooming in on his unibrow, proudly showing off the “before” look. As the esthetician began the grooming process, Selena’s voice reminded him to “do it lightly,” while Blanco winced in discomfort, asking, “Owwww, are we almost done?” Despite claiming that he “couldn’t even tell the difference,” fans quickly noticed the change, with many attributing his new look to Gomez’s influence.
This playful moment follows the couple’s engagement announcement in December 2024. During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on March 20, Blanco reflected on his proposal, sharing that Gomez almost didn’t show up. “We had to do a lot of promo for the album,” Gomez explained, admitting she was initially confused about the plans for the day. Blanco added that she wanted to stay home, unaware of his grand proposal.
Despite some pre-proposal jitters, the couple went on to announce their engagement on December 11, with Gomez sharing a sweet Instagram post captioned, “Forever begins now.” Blanco replied with a heartfelt comment, “Hey wait… that’s my wife.”
