As soon as the holidays ended, they jumped into a whirlwind of promotional work for their projects, keeping them constantly on the move.

Benny explained that after all the promotional commitments, Selena had to leave for the filming of her series Only Murders in the Building, which added another layer of separation. Although they managed to reunite and spend a week together, their time was again cut short by more work-related responsibilities. As a result, the couple simply hasn’t had the uninterrupted space or energy to focus on organizing their ceremony.
Despite all of this, it’s clear Benny isn’t anxious about the delay. Instead, he expressed a strong desire to slow down and simply enjoy some quiet, quality time with Selena. He admitted he’s been working non-stop and wants to take a step back, lie in bed, and disconnect from the constant demands of their careers. For Benny, the most meaningful moments right now are the simple ones—just staying in, watching shows, cuddling, eating, and enjoying the peacefulness of being together without pressure.
While fans may be expecting a grand celebration befitting two celebrities, Benny hinted that the actual wedding will likely be more low-key. He described the desired vibe as relaxed and chill, not the extravagant affair the world might anticipate. He even revealed that Ed Sheeran has already received an invitation, a subtle nod to how personal and close-knit the occasion may be.
