Apple has officially unveiled its highly anticipated iPhone 16, Apple Watch Series 10, and AirPods 4, welcoming customers at its stores worldwide. The new devices, which were announced earlier this month, have been available for pre-order since September 13.
At the Fifth Avenue Apple Store in New York City, the iconic glass cube was illuminated, showcasing the enhanced Siri feature, which will light up the borders of the new iPhone’s screen when it becomes available next month.
The launch of the iPhone 16 marks a significant step in Apple’s exploration of artificial intelligence, introducing features set to roll out in October. These enhancements will allow users to rewrite text, remove objects from photos, and interact with an upgraded Siri.
Amid the enthusiasm for the new products, Apple’s shares dropped on Monday after reports suggested that demand for the iPhone 16 could fall short of expectations. On the hardware side, the Apple Watch Series 10 boasts a larger display than previous models and introduces new capabilities such as Sleep Apnea detection.
Meanwhile, the updated AirPods 4 comes with a smaller charging case and an option for noise cancellation, meeting the changing preferences of users. As the launch excitement settles, analysts will be closely watching how these new devices perform in a competitive market in the weeks ahead.
