Angelina Jolie opened up about her daughter Shiloh and how she isn’t interested in following her parents into the spotlight. Shiloh, 19, is one of Jolie and Brad Pitt’s six kids, along with Maddox, 23, Zahara, 20, Pax, 21, Knox, 16, and Vivienne, 16.

Jolie told Jimmy Fallon that some of her kids might work behind the scenes in films, but Shiloh especially wants privacy. She doesn’t want to be photographed or constantly in the public eye. Jolie explained that being famous wasn’t their choice, so some kids are more comfortable with attention while others aren’t.

She has mentioned this before, telling Good Morning America that motherhood is her greatest happiness. She said none of her children are dying to be on screen. Shiloh is extremely private, and Jolie hopes they can maintain that as they grow.

Jolie also shared that her kids have other interests. Some like dancing, painting, or theatre. Her two oldest sons, Maddox and Pax, have worked on films in roles like assistant directing, which gives them experience without being in front of the camera.

Having her kids on set is very important to her. Jolie said they often comfort her during intense scenes, giving hugs or bringing her a cup of tea. She tries to shield them from her sadness while working, but their presence helps her through tough moments.
