Angelina Jolie made a stunning impression at the Trophée Chopard dinner during the 78th Cannes Film Festival at Carlton Beach on Friday. She wore an elegant one-sleeve gown that perfectly captured a minimalist yet striking look, evoking the grace of a white swan.

Her accessories were carefully chosen to complement the dress: dangling silver earrings, red nails, white stilettos, and a diamond-studded watch. Jolie’s makeup featured soft glam with nude lips, kohl-rimmed eyes, and shimmery eyeshadow, enhancing her timeless elegance.

As the Chopard godmother, she will present awards to actors Marie Colomb and Finn Bennett during the ceremony, hosted by Cannes executives Iris Knobloch and Thierry Frémaux, alongside Chopard co-president and artistic director Caroline Scheufele.

Earlier that day, Jolie attended the premiere of Ari Aster’s Eddington to support the cast. For the event, she chose an off-shoulder pastel pink gown from Brunello Cucinelli’s Fall 2025 collection, paired with subtle, dewy makeup that perfectly matched the softness of the dress.

This appearance marked Jolie’s return to Cannes after a 14-year hiatus; her last visit was in 2011 with then-husband Brad Pitt for the Tree of Life premiere. She also walked the Cannes carpet in 2008 while expecting.

Throughout the 2025 awards season, Jolie has turned heads, notably for her role as opera legend Maria Callas in Netflix’s Maria. At the Palm Springs International Film Festival, she dazzled in a black halter dress, accompanied by her daughter Zahara Jolie-Pitt, who wore a floor-length white lace gown. This was Angelina’s first major public outing following her divorce settlement with Pitt.

Next, Jolie will star in the French drama Couture, directed by Alice Winocour, alongside Louis Garrel, Ella Rumpf, and Garance Marillier. The film follows an American filmmaker arriving in Paris for Fashion Week, promising another compelling chapter in Jolie’s career.
