Pokemon TCG Pocket has some really cool and rare cards that you can show off. But did you know you can make them even cooler? With Flair, your cards get extra effects in battles. Imagine using one of your rarest cards with a special flair and winning while looking awesome.
Flair is basically a cosmetic effect you can put on your cards. There are two kinds. Cosmetic Flair is always visible, like when you show your cards in your profile. Battle Flair shows up in matches when you place a card on your bench or active spot.
The flair you can use depends on how rare the card is. For example, a Mega Gyarados EX has a different flair than a Double Rare Gyarados EX. Each card can only have one flair, so if you want multiple cards with flair, you need more than one flair. Flairs cannot be shared with friends.
To get Flair, you need Shinedust and duplicates of the card. Go to ‘My Cards’ and click on Obtain Items to see if you have enough. You can buy a flair multiple times if needed. Lower rarity cards need more copies and less Shinedust, while higher rarity cards need fewer copies but a lot more Shinedust. You also need to unlock cosmetic flair first on lower rarity cards before battle flairs.

Equipping a flair is easy. Go to ‘My Cards’ and select ‘Decks.’ You can create a new deck or edit an old one. Click the edit option, select the card, pick the flair you want, and click ‘Use.’ Then save your deck.
