Riki Lindhome, known for her role in the hit show “Wednesday,” has put her Los Angeles home up for sale. The house is in Culver City. It is two thousand three hundred eleven square feet and priced at two point seven million dollars. Debbie Weiss from Compass is handling the sale.

Lindhome said she fell in love with the house the moment she walked inside. She said it felt like a time capsule in the middle of the city. She loved the city skyline views, the Hollywood Hills in the distance, the cozy Jack and Jill bedroom and the way so many rooms look out toward the pool.

The home was built in nineteen sixty one. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It still has its original mid century charm, but it also has some modern updates like a saltwater pool and a fire pit. Weiss said she hopes the next owner keeps the home’s original character just like Lindhome did. She said the pool makes her feel like floating in a classic movie scene.

The house sits on a hilltop with sweeping views of downtown Los Angeles, the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood Hills. It is close to parks, trails and well known local spots. Inside, there are floor to ceiling windows, a living and dining space with a skylight and fireplace, and a kitchen with a center island and built in shelves. The main bedroom has a large window that looks out at the surrounding greenery. Other rooms have built in desks and big bright windows.

The backyard is a relaxing space with an outdoor bar, a dining area and the large saltwater pool. There are also quiet sitting areas tucked into corners of the yard.

Lindhome said the home became her sanctuary. She said walking through the doors felt like taking a deep breath. She loved its simple mid century design and hopes the next owner feels the same spark she did.

Aside from “Wednesday,” Lindhome is also known for being part of the comedy music duo Garfunkel and Oates. She has acted in many shows including “Gilmore Girls,” “New Girl” and “Grace and Frankie.” In “Wednesday,” she played Dr. Valerie Kinbott, Wednesday Addams’ therapist.

The show stars Jenna Ortega as Wednesday and Catherine Zeta Jones as Morticia. Ortega has spoken highly of Zeta Jones, calling her funny and warm. Season two gave Zeta Jones a bigger role and explored the mother daughter relationship even more deeply. Zeta Jones said she relates to that kind of protective parenting in her own life.
