YouTube superstar MrBeast has officially stepped into the world of animation with his brand-new series, MrBeast Lab. The first two episodes dropped on October 26 on a new channel called Beast Animations, marking the start of an exciting new project for the creator and his team.
The show was first teased back in July, when a trailer posted on X revealed plans for a full animated storyline featuring MrBeast and his crew. The series takes place in a colorful, action-packed world where the team faces off against a strange threat called the Shroud. To fight back, they use high-tech equipment inside the MrBeast Lab to create “Hybrid Beasts,” powerful creatures designed to take down the mysterious enemies.
Each episode runs for about three minutes and ties directly into the MrBeast Lab toy line, connecting the products with a fun storyline. Fans can now see the toys come to life in an animated adventure that blends science, creativity, and MrBeast’s signature high-energy style.
Following the release, MrBeast explained on X why the episodes are currently so short. He said,
“BeastLabs is out now! Episodes are only 3 minutes because hiring so many talented artists is expensive, and I want to practice before I make a full-length 12-episode, 20-minute show. They crushed it. Let me know what you think.”
He also noted that a team of professional animators worked on the project, suggesting that a much larger and more polished version could follow if the initial run performs well.
This new series comes less than a year after MrBeast’s massive success with Beast Games, his reality competition show for Amazon Prime Video. That series featured 1,000 contestants battling for a record-breaking $10 million prize, becoming Amazon’s most-watched unscripted series with over 50 million viewers in just 25 days.
With MrBeast Lab, the creator seems ready to conquer another corner of entertainment, this time with a blend of animation, storytelling, and his ever-growing creative empire.
