RM seems to be missing home. He has been in the USA since July 6, working on BTS’ upcoming comeback album. He came back briefly to attend his friend and stylist Kimvenchy’s wedding with SUGA and J-Hope, but most of the time has been spent in Los Angeles writing and recording. After a few weeks, it seems he is ready to head back to South Korea.

On August 5, RM shared some photos on Instagram with the caption “Starting to feel like going back home.” The pictures showed him enjoying Disneyland in California, wearing a butterfly shirt and chino pants, posing with Mickey Mouse, and riding the fun train. He seemed to have a really good time away from the studio.

He also shared photos from a beach day with Jimin and J-Hope, where they enjoyed some relaxed Namjooning time. The members looked casual and happy, soaking in the sun after long hours of recording. J-Hope recently shared behind-the-scenes clips of BTS jamming with Charlie Puth, and Jungkook and V also joined them after a quick trip back home. RM and SUGA were seen hard at work on new music during this time.

BTS is currently working on their spring 2026 album with producers and composers from around the world. Jin is set to join the team after finishing his solo tour on August 10.
