VCHA, the girl group formed through the reality show A2K, has fans worried about their future. On August 5, people noticed that all of the group’s social media accounts went dark. Their Instagram with 825,000 followers, X account with 62,700 followers, YouTube with 674,000 subscribers, and TikTok with 1.4 million followers all deleted their content and removed profile pictures. The sudden blackout sparked concerns that the group might have disbanded.

The move comes amid ongoing issues between the members and their management. Normally, account blackouts are used for marketing, but this one looked more like a permanent goodbye. Fans also saw that VCHA’s name was removed from JYP Entertainment’s artist list, which only added to the worry.

Trouble had started earlier when member KG spoke up about alleged mistreatment by staff, which the company denied. She was put on hiatus and officially left the group in December 2024, and a case between her and the agency is ongoing in Los Angeles Superior Court. Then, in July 2025, Kaylee also left the group and the label by mutual agreement, reducing VCHA to four members. There have been no updates from Camila, Lexi, Kendall, or Savanna, but it seems unlikely the group will continue under JYP Entertainment and Republic Records.

VCHA debuted on January 26, 2024, and were scheduled to perform at Lollapalooza for their first festival appearance, but they pulled out at the last minute. So far, JYP Entertainment has not issued any statement about what will happen with the group.
