KG Crown has officially parted ways with JYP America, confirming her departure from the K-pop group VCHA. The announcement came via her Instagram on August 8, where she wrote that the split was mutual and wished the agency well for the future. While the specifics of the legal dispute between her and JYP America remain unclear, it appears the matter has either been settled privately or the lawsuit has been withdrawn.

KG Crown had previously accused the agency of mistreatment and poor working conditions, which she said resulted in minimal pay and prompted her to seek a different path in songwriting and production. Her exit follows fellow member Kaylee, who left both VCHA and JYP Entertainment in July after a long hiatus.

The remaining members—Camila, Lexi, Kendall, and Savanna—will continue their activities under a new group name, GIRLSET, as the company moves forward with its promotions.
