Patrick Schwarzenegger is now married. He and his longtime girlfriend, Abby Champion, tied the knot on Saturday, September 6, at Gozzer Ranch country club in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. The ceremony was by a lake, with mountains in the background, and was attended by close family, friends, and some Hollywood stars.
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver were there to watch their son say “I do.” Guests also included Patrick’s half-brother Joseph Baena and actor Rob Lowe. Abby wore a simple white gown with her hair flowing, while Patrick wore a white tuxedo jacket with black trousers. The bridesmaids wore bright yellow dresses. Guests arrived by ferries on the lake, adding a stylish touch to the celebration.
The couple got engaged in December 2023 and shared the news on Instagram with the caption “FOREVER AND EVER.” They had to postpone their wedding because Patrick was cast in The White Lotus as Saxon Ratliff, which meant seven months of filming in Thailand. Abby supported the decision and was thrilled about his role, as Patrick shared on The Drew Barrymore Show.
Patrick and Abby have been together since 2015. They started dating after being introduced by friends and kept their relationship private at first. Over the years, they appeared together at Hollywood events, including the Cannes Film Festival this year, where Abby hinted that a wedding was coming soon. Before Abby, Patrick briefly dated singer Miley Cyrus in 2015.
After ten years together and nearly two years engaged, Patrick and Abby have officially started a new chapter with their wedding in Idaho.
