HyunA has once again become the center of pregnancy speculation following a recent social media post that left fans questioning whether she might be expecting her first child with husband Yong Jun Hyung. On June 2, the K-pop soloist shared a set of casual lifestyle photos on Instagram, but one image in particular — a waffle shaped like baby shoes — caught fans’ attention and quickly sparked rumors.

In the photos, HyunA wore a comfortable all-black outfit consisting of a crop top and loose trousers. The way she posed, with her hands resting around her lower abdomen, resembled the familiar styling of many pregnancy reveal photos, leading followers to wonder whether she was subtly hinting at the news. The addition of the baby shoe-shaped waffle seemed to amplify these assumptions. Observant fans also commented on her glowing skin and fuller appearance, noting that she looked healthier than usual — another detail that some interpreted as a potential sign of pregnancy.

Many fans filled her comment section with direct questions, hoping for confirmation or denial. Despite the growing speculation, HyunA has not publicly addressed the latest round of rumors.

This isn’t the first time the singer has faced such scrutiny. Back in May, during her return to the stage on SBS’ Inkigayo with her single Mrs. Nail, fans speculated about a possible pregnancy due to a visible change in her physique. HyunA responded to the rumors then, explaining that she had gained weight on medical advice for health reasons and was now working on slimming down to feel more physically comfortable while performing. At that time, she also denied earlier claims that she was pregnant before her marriage.

Despite her clarification, it appears fans still remain skeptical, especially in light of the more recent hints — intentional or not — found in her June post. Whether the buzz is based in reality or simply the result of fans reading too deeply into ambiguous clues remains unknown, but until HyunA or her agency addresses the matter directly, the speculation is likely to continue.
